History

Kim's Kitchen's goal is to provide healthy food made from real, natural ingredients at a reasonable cost. Kim's Deli was established in 2003, and has since been a provider of homemade ethnic Korean food, American and Italian fare. Our name changed from Kim's Deli to Kim's Kitchen in 2006 to better reflect our variety of offerings. We have expanded our dining room and our menu to accomodate our business growth over the years, and look forward to serving our food for years to come!

Meet Kim!

Kim was born and raised in Korea, and moved to the United States at the age of 24. Since then, she has raised a family and owned a multitude of businesses. With Kim's Kitchen, she brings her knowledge of the Korean cuisine to those in the Lehigh Valley, and provides a healthy alternative to current fast food offerings in the area.
